International Shipping Policies
If you are not satisfied with your item and need to return the
shipment for a refund, please note the following:
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The shoes and the shoebox must be in original "new" condition
or the return will not be allowed.
Affix the enclosed shipping label to the outside of the shipping
carton to ensure we receive the return merchandise and credit the
proper account.
State reason for returning merchandise.
Only the cost of the shoes will be refunded to your account, shipping
costs are non-refundable.
Note:
- Worn merchandise is not refundable.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the merchandise
returned.
- The credit to your account will be reflected within 1 to 2 billing
cycles on your credit card.
How long does the return process take? Please allow 4-6 weeks
for your return to be received, processed and to appear on your
credit card statement. You will receive a confirmation email once
your credit card has been credited.
I purchased a pair of shoes online. Will
I be able to return them or exchange them at one of the retail
stores that carry XOXO Footwear? No. All merchandise
must be returned to the location of the original purchase. Xoxofootwear.net
will gladly accept returns for products originally purchased.

Domestic 2 day shipping is $20 one time fee regardless of shoe quantity.
- To save shipping expense we may consolidate the package into the smallest shipping package possible which may include removing the pair of shoes from the original Wanted Shoe box.
- If the shipment is refused for any reason we have the right to charge your credit card for the costs of shipping.
- Shipment may arrive at the destination before 2 days.
- If an exchange is requested we will ship the shoes out for free unless the customer requests expedited shipping again at which point the standard 20.00 fee will be shared 50% by us and 50% by customer.
We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii for a 20.00 fee via parcel post.
- To save shipping expense we may consolidate the package into the smallest shipping package possible which may include removing the pair of shoes from the original Wanted Shoe box.
- If the shipment is refused for any reason we have the right to charge your credit card for the costs of shipping.
- Shipment may arrive at the destination before 2 days.
- If an exchange is requested shipping costs for the exchange will be shared 50% by us and 50% by customer.
Free International Shipping
- All shipments to international addresses are final sale.
- Purchaser is responsible to pay all duties and taxes.
- To save shipping expense we may consolidate the package into the smallest shipping package possible which may include removing the pair of shoes from the original Wanted Shoe box.
- If the shipment is refused for any reason we have the right to charge your credit card for the total cost of shipping.
- We have the right at any time even after putting the charge through to cancel the order. If that happens we will refund the money ASAP.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed? Orders can
only be cancelled by xoxofootwear.net Customer Service once it has
been placed. You must call 1-800-367-9220 to see if the order can
be cancelled. Please be aware that Customer Service is available
Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST. Keep in
mind that the longer you wait to cancel your order, the greater
the chance the order has passed through to the warehouse, and your
order will have to be shipped. You will then have to return the
merchandise for a refund.
